White Boar is our heroic Bosworth take on the rich Amarone style wines from Veneto in Italy. White Boar is 100% Shiraz (some years it is a Shiraz/ Cabernet blend), while Amarone is made using native varieties. Our grapes are cordon cut and vine dried, which concentrates both flavour and acidity. The result is a rich, soft, layered red wine with depth, concentration, power and flavour.
