Battle of Bosworth Wines

With its delicate pale pink colour and subtle spritz, the ‘Sweet Pea Moscato’ shows hints of pink grapefruit, mandarin, rosewater and blood orange on the nose, leading onto to a fresh, balanced palate. Serve chilled in the glass. P.S. Sweet Pea is an ideal breakfast wine. 

‘Gypsy’ is a classic Blanc de Blancs style, with a pale straw colour (with a hint of green apple), fine mousse and gentle characters of citrus. Serve chilled.

‘Wanderer’ is an elegant yet full bodied sparkling red made using our own home-grown organic Petit Verdot. It has a vibrant bright purple colour, with a nose ripe with blueberries, plum, black cherry and a hint of violets. Serve chilled.

‘Poppy’ Pinot Grigio is a light, crisp wine with a gentle nose of pear and citrus. Its smooth and silk-like texture makes for a highly appealing style. 

A blend of two of the most delicate yet brilliantly aromatic varieties, which produces a fine effect in the glass. A nose of cut grass and fig leads to a balanced, middle weight palate and finishes with a crisp, fresh, lime/lemon persistence. 

Four o’clock Chardonnay is totally un-oaked, and has a nose of nectarine and lime and a wonderfully crisp finish. 

This palest of pink rosés has a delicate nose of watermelon rind and strawberries. Drink gently chilled. 

A delightful fresh and stylish wine full of charm and poise; it is brilliantly showy in the glass. Aster Pinot Noir has a delicate, perfumed nose of bright red fruits with a fresh, juicy and characterful palate. 

Scarlet Runner Shiraz exhibits all the hallmarks of the finest McLaren Vale Shiraz: a bright nose of berry and spice, a wonderful structured palate and a long satisfying finish. 

The Cockscomb Cabernet Sauvignon shows classic varietal characters. It is a medium to full-bodied wine with considerable presence; ‘Cockscomb’ shows a lovely nose of red currants and blackberries and finishes with well-rounded tannins and length.
