This is a rare beast – a 100% McLaren Vale Pinot Noir. Treated gently in the vineyard and winery, it is made like a Beaujolais – it’s a light weight luncheon wine with red fruits and a hint of strawberries on the nose; bright with a touch of spice.
Touriga is the anchor variety in traditional Portuguese ports, but here is a zippy medium weight style, with red fruit and black cherry on the palate. It finishes with great length too.
An exotic Iberian blend – Touriga from Portugal and Graciano from Spain (Rioja) and Shiraz from God’s country, McLaren Vale. ‘Heretic’ is super bright and lively with hints of red fruits and bergamot on the nose. It is a mid-weight wine, showing blue fruits on the palate. It is an incredibly lively wine with long, light, fine and bright tannins and a freshness on the finish which is delicious.
‘Puritan’ is young, fresh, unoaked and preservative free. We pick it young, ferment it in open vats and bottle it immediately once it has finished fermentation. Puritan is fresh and juicy with notes of red and black berries. Vibrant and delicious.
Scarlet Runner Shiraz exhibits all the hallmarks of the finest McLaren Vale Shiraz: a bright nose of berry and spice, a wonderful structured palate and a long satisfying finish.

White Boar is our heroic Bosworth take on the rich Amarone style wines from Veneto in Italy. White Boar is a blend of Shiraz and Cabernet, while Amarone is made using native varieties. Our grapes are cordon cut and vine dried, which concentrates both flavour and acidity. The result is a rich, soft, layered red wine with depth, concentration, power and flavour.
Ding’s shows spicy red fruits with a whiff of herbal notes. There are black fruits and yet more red fruits on the palate. The wine finishes with excellent length and persistence. It is also a very fresh and expressive wine.
