A dusky pink, this is all shiraz, picked early and solely for rosé. This is pretty classic in feel, but it’s dialled up from the pale Provence model, with the variety pulling it towards a slightly spicy and savoury direction. Summer berries, cranberry, cherry, bordered with some briary herbal notes. There’s a little mid-palate weight, a little grip, and it’s dry, but not tartly so. Nice.

Spring Seed 'Morning Bride' Rose 2024
This pink rosés has a delicate nose of watermelon rind and strawberries. Drink gently chilled on a summer’s evening or match with some charcuterie and mild cheeses.
