Battle of Bosworth ‘Best of Vintage’
Joch chooses his favourite barrels of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and sometimes Petit Verdot. The selected barrels spend an extra 6 months maturing before blending and bottling. BOV is juicy and textured, with blackberry and dark cherry fruit, balanced oak and ripe tannins. Plenty of oak and staying power, but balanced with finesse too.
